We are first time homebuyers and Wanda was our realtor. Wanda guided us through the whole buying process, she answered our questions and was very knowledgeable. We had a very busy schedule with 2 children in baseball and Wanda was very flexible and helped us schedule to look at homes that were after 5pm. She was very aggressive when we wanted her to be with the negotiations. We put an offer on our house and the seller accepted it. We closed on our house today.
